Founded by Len Siepka in 1968, Shepp Pest Control quickly earned a strong reputation built on Len’s dedication to his customers, his kindness, and his well-known sense of humor. Following Len’s passing in 2016, the company continued under the leadership of his son, Mark Siepka, who began working alongside his father at just 16 years old.

Today, Mark leads Shepp Pest Control Inc. with with his ex-wife, Laura Charnota, overseeing daily operations while continuing to personally handle service calls — ensuring the same hands-on approach and level of care the company has been known for since the beginning.
